Help us help you---Let us know about your school environment, great teachers, website suggestions, local YOUTH information/events, jobs and internships opportunities, and most importantly, show us how BRIGHT, ARTISTIC, INVOLVED, and EMPOWERED you are!
You have two options to submit your requests:
1) Download form, print, fill out, fax to 510.879.1848
OR
2) Email all information from the form to studentwebsite@ousd.k12.ca.us

| | What are the STAKEHOLDER SURVEYS?
Beginning December 2005, the district intends to survey students (grades 3-12), parents/guardians, and all employees twice each year (each December and May).
Why is the district going to survey everybody each year?
The district and our schools will be strongest when they are built from the knowledge and experience of all people with something at stake – and especially those closest to “the action” and with the most at stake.
