In this section, we have some sites that offer programs that will feed that feeling you crave.   • www.destinyarts.org -  Destiny (De-Escalation Skills Training Inspiring Nonviolence in Youth) Arts Center provides dance classes, martial arts and much, much more! The classes require a fee, but please do not let money stop you from attending.    
  • www.youthspeaks.org - Youth Speaks is the premier youth poetry, spoken word, and creative writing program in the country.
  • www.eastbaycenter.org- The East Bay Center for Performing Arts is a nationally recognized arts training and producing center with a commitment to the people and integrity of its community. There are many great art programs.
  • www.oaklandish.com-the true purpose here is to creatively promote our enduring love for "original oakland charm" in the face of a constantly mutating culture, population and landscape.
  • www.thecrucible.org-Offers art programs, classes, fieldtrips and workshops. The Crucible is dedicated to promoting healthy youth development, strengthening youth competencies in Leadership, Community Service, and Skill Building.
