The All City Council (ACC) is comprised of students from each school that serve as the governing body of student voice and decision making for the students of OUSD.  The ACC discusses concerns, issues, and ways to improve the education of students with school board members, district administrators, and Oakland community organizations.

The All-City Council Governing Board(ACCGB) is comprised of nine elected officials from the All-City Council(ACC) and represents all the high schools and middle schools in the Oakland Unified School District.  The ACCGB leads the ACC meetings, coordinates district-wide events, and represents OUSD students at various community and district events.

School Site Problem Solving Form
If you want to see change at your school, chances are YOU need to get involved. All City Council has developed a form that can help school and district administrators identify and problem solve any school-related issues and complaints.
here's how:
1) You must download and fill out the School Problem Solving Form
